Package
Minutes
Customers may use package minutes throughout the state of Illinois and
in St. Louis, Mo. Also in Cedar Rapids, Dubuque, Clinton, Burlington,
Charles City, Waterloo, Davenport, Iowa City and Anamosa, Iowa.
Airtime
Usage is billed in 6o-second increments. Landline company charges apply
for long-distance calls to cities outside of our large toll-free calling
area and directory assistance calls, in addition to airtime service
charges.
Incomplete Calls
While traveling in your Home System, you will not be billed for incomplete
calls less than 30 seconds in duration. However, while roaming, some
carriers will charge a fee for incomplete calls.
All rates subject to change, Service agreement required on all rate
plans. No credit will be extended for unused package minutes. A one-time
service charge of $15 is billed to establish service. Changes to existing
service are $10.
