All
airtime is billed in one minute increments. Additional charges
apply for roaming, long distance and directory assistance calls.
No credit will be issued for any unused minutes. Unused minutes
cannot be carried over to the next month. Regional Coverage minutes
available only on specified rate plans. Usage of the Regional
Coverage minutes apply to the ALLTEL preferred roaming area and
can only be used without roaming charges while in the preferred
roaming area. After the Regional Coverage minutes have been used,
all per minute usage in Regional roaming area will be billed at
494/min. Regional Coverage minutes are not subject to transfer
or substitution as local package minutes. See our regional coverage
