The experience that assists in the loan market comes from Henry's three years as a Vice President of Investments at a S&L handling a portfolio of approximately $62 million of corporate deposits in commercial paper and CD's. From there he entered the commercial real estate market with a regional office developer, overseeing the negotiations on leases and sale transactions on a portfolio of office properties for approximately eleven years.

Henry has utilized his experience to create an extremely successful record in the mortgage loan market. Loans have been produced that were closer to the client's wishes than what the normal market guidelines originally called for.
